I am a loan officer who cares about every client I have an opportunity to work with. I stay in constant communication with each client and their agent! I try to keep the process as simple as possible. My goal is to let my clients know what they need to do in obtaining a new loan for a purchase or refinance. If I cannot help them now, I establish a game plan with each client so they can achieve their goal of becoming a homeowner down the road!

We underwrite our files upfront, preventing deals from falling out of escrow instead of clients finding their dream home and then hoping for an approval from an underwriter. The underwriter is the decision maker on a loan, which is why we do it upfront! We offer a competitive edge. We can close in a shorter amount of time when we underwrite a loan upfront, which also gives a seller the confidence the loan will close. Therefore, clients who work with us, have an edge in the market and get their offer accepted over others.
