Robert Whitney was certified as a National Mortgage Forgiveness Plan Specialist (NMFP), Certified Default Resolution Specialist (CDRS), Certified Foreclosure Prevention Specialist (CFPS), REO Default Certified Professional (RDCPro), Certified Default Advocate Trained (CDAT), and Realtor e-Pro. This level of education is like having a Ph.D in real estate. He had been inducted into The Ephebian Society, had been a member of the Long Beach Investment and Exchange group, and was certified from LA Harbor College with a Certificate for Tax Aspects of Real Estate Transactions and Investment Qualifications. He also attended Tom Hopkins International receiving top Honors, was involved in the Realtors’ National Marketing Institute, was an active member of the National Association of Realtors, was involved in the ULI-Urban Land Institute, was involved in the California Tax Reduction Movement, was an active member of the San Pedro Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, was an active member of the California Association of Realtors, and Robert Whitney was a past Master of the Los Angeles Harbor Masonic Lodge #332 of Free and Accepted Masons.
