Kiwanis Literacy Club of South Bay
KW Cares
KW Cares is a 501(c)(3) public charity created to support Keller Williams Realty agents and their families who are experiencing hardships as a result of a sudden emergency. This charity is the heart of Keller Williams Realty's culture in action. For example, KW Cares has paid for agents' mortgages and/or medical bills when there are natural disasters or family health issues, and has even rebuilt homes for agents and their families. Team Whitney donates a portion of every single commission check they receive to this charity.
Maria's Closet
Maria’s Closet is dedicated to promoting confidence and a positive self-image for young women within our community by helping high school girls attend their prom who would not ordinarily be able to finance the experience on their own. Team Whitney does a yearly dress drive to collect prom dresses for this organization that dresses hundreds of young high school women each year.
Keller Williams Red Day
KW Red Day occurs each year in May, and is a day where Keller Williams Realty associates around the world put their real estate businesses on hold in order to 'give where they live”. RED Day, which stands for Renew, Energize, and Donate, is a global day of service, where entire offices select a deserving charity or organization and dedicate the whole day to serving its recipients. Team Whitney participates every year. The charities we normally support are Toberman Neighborhood Center, Harbor Interfaith Services, and Pedro Pet Pals.

Pedro Pet Pals
Pedro Pet Pals actively raises funds to support our local animal shelters with supplies, medical equipment, and other items that the city cannot afford. Pedro Pet Pals is also committed to the community by providing spay/neuter programs, and community educational outreach to pet owners. Team Whitney supports this organization at KW Red Day each year.
Harbor Interfaith Services
Harbor Interfaith Services mission is to empower the homeless and working poor to achieve self-sufficiency by providing support services including shelter, transitional housing, food, job placement, advocacy, childcare, education, and life skills training. Team Whitney supports this organization at KW Red Day each year, and also throughout the year with food donations, including a large Thanksgiving food drive Team Whitney coordinates for families who cannot afford groceries to cook a nice Thanksgiving meal at home.
